This is not your ordinary exhaust pipe!

With an impressive 18" overall length, a massive 3" trumpet-style outlet, and a completely open, unrestricted design, this is one of the biggest exhausts I've ever handcrafted at AR-EXHAUST.

Built for enthusiasts who want something truly different, featuring a bold appearance, high exhaust flow, and an extremely aggressive exhaust sound.

EXTREMELY LOUD – OPEN EXHAUST DESIGN

This exhaust has NO internal baffles, NO sound-reducing packing, NO muffler, and NO spark arrestor.

It is completely open from the engine exhaust port to the trumpet outlet. Expect an extremely loud and aggressive exhaust sound.

WELDED ANTI-VIBRATION SUPPORT

Due to the extended length of this exhaust, a welded reinforcement bar has been incorporated into the design.

This support helps stabilize the exhaust assembly, reduce excessive movement and vibration, and provide additional structural reinforcement during operation.

The support bar is an integral part of the exhaust assembly, not a removable accessory.

This is a large exhaust measuring approximately 18" long with a 4" offset.

IT WILL NOT FIT EVERY MINIBIKE OR GO-KART FRAME!

Carefully review all product photos and measurements before purchasing.

Make sure your frame, seat, fuel tank, and surrounding components provide sufficient clearance.

The buyer is responsible for verifying engine compatibility and available installation space before placing an order.

RAW MILD STEEL – NO PROTECTIVE COATING

This exhaust is handmade from raw mild steel and is shipped without paint, primer, or any protective coating.

Surface rust may develop naturally when exposed to moisture or humidity.

Customers may paint the exhaust using suitable high-temperature exhaust paint if desired.

FREE SANDBLASTING AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST!

We offer FREE sandblasting preparation for customers who prefer a clean, bare-metal surface before applying their own high-temperature paint.

IMPORTANT: Sandblasting must be requested before fabrication or shipment.

If no request is received in time, the exhaust will be shipped with its standard raw steel finish.

Sandblasting does not provide corrosion protection.
