Unlike many lightweight aftermarket headers, this exhaust is built from heavy-duty mild steel tubing and is professionally TIG welded for strength, durability, and a clean finished weld.

The extra-long design helps route hot exhaust gases farther away from the engine, rider, frame, or equipment.

Wide D-Port Exhaust Opening

One of the main features of this header is its large D-shaped exhaust port opening.

The wider D-Port design is especially popular for performance engines and applications where customers want a larger exhaust opening instead of a small or restrictive header entrance.

Important: This Is NOT a Muffler

This is an open exhaust header pipe. It is LOUD.

There is no internal muffler or sound-reducing chamber inside this exhaust.

If you are looking for a quiet exhaust system, this is not the correct product.

Material & Finish

The exhaust is manufactured from uncoated mild steel.

Because the steel is left uncoated, normal surface oxidation or rust can develop over time, especially when exposed to moisture or outdoor storage.

If desired, the exhaust can be coated with a suitable high-temperature exhaust paint before installation.

Normal heat discoloration can also occur after the engine is operated.
